Processing & Dispatch Times
All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Orders are not dispatched on weekends or bank holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days, and we will contact you directly via email to let you know.

UK Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We ship across the UK using fully tracked services to ensure your items are secure. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Standard delivery typically takes 2–4 business days after dispatch. 

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number once your order has been dispatched. The tracking number will become active within 24 hours of generation.

Damaged Items
Bear & Wizard Emporium is not liable for items damaged or lost during transit. If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim, or drop us an email at hello@bearandwizardemporium.co.uk so we can help you provide any necessary details for the carrier. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
